Bacon, eggs, toast, sliced tomato, coffee and an iced tea and a shot of yogurt.
I plan on layering a half dozen beers on top of that later in the day.
I also have steaks marinating for the grill later, along with fresh green beans (with more bacon) and a baked potato with rice and a small salad. Also a few more beers.
The new diet is going great, thanks for asking.
